<p></p><div><h2><strong>Job Title: Learning &amp; Organisational Development Administrator</strong></h2><p><strong>Location:</strong> Knockbracken Healthcare Park<br /> <strong>Hours:</strong> 15 hours per week between 9am - 5pm 3 days per week<br /> <strong>Salary:</strong> Band 3 - £12.75 per hour</p><h3><strong>About the Role</strong></h3><p>We are seeking a highly organised and motivated <strong>Learning &amp; Organisational Development Administrator</strong> to join our team at Knockbracken Healthcare Park. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the delivery of a high-quality, client-focused HR Learning and Development service.</p><p>The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the Learning and Development Team by coordinating administrative activities, maintaining systems, and ensuring compliance with governance and quality standards.</p><hr /><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li>Provide efficient and effective administrative support to the Learning &amp; Development Team in line with Trust policies and procedures.</li><li>Manage and prioritise the team's day-to-day administrative workload.</li><li>Maintain and update the Digital Learning Management System and provide guidance on its use.</li><li>Produce training activity reports and support data collection, analysis, and reporting.</li><li>Ensure accurate completion and processing of documentation relating to training activities, including:<ul><li>Mandatory training</li><li>Assistance to study</li><li>Work experience</li><li>Corporate Welcome programmes</li><li>Personal Development and Performance Reviews (PDPRs)</li></ul></li><li>Provide advice and guidance to staff and managers on Learning &amp; Development policies and procedures.</li><li>Maintain electronic and paper filing systems, ensuring compliance with data protection and record-keeping standards.</li><li>Support the promotion and marketing of Learning &amp; Development initiatives across the Trust.</li><li>Coordinate training resources, equipment, and stationery, including procurement where required.</li><li>Organise meetings, take minutes, and support training programme planning and delivery.</li><li>Work collaboratively with key stakeholders, including staff, managers, trade unions, and service users.</li><li>Assist with surveys and projects to support continuous service improvement.</li></ul><hr /><h3><strong>Essential Criteria</strong></h3><h4><strong>Qualifications</strong></h4><ul><li>5 GCSEs (Grade A-C), including English Language and Maths (or equivalent), <strong>plus</strong> 2 years' administrative or customer service experience at Band 2 (or equivalent)<br /> <strong>OR</strong></li><li>NVQ Level 2 in Administration/Customer Service <strong>plus</strong> GCSE English and Maths (Grade A-C or equivalent), <strong>plus</strong> 2 years' relevant experience</li></ul><h4><strong>Experience</strong></h4><ul><li>At least 1 year's experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)</li></ul><hr /><h3><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></h3><ul><li>Strong organisational and time management skills</li><li>Excellent attention to detail</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>A proactive and customer-focused approach</li></ul><hr /><h3><strong>Apply Now</strong></h3><p>If you're looking to develop your career in Learning &amp; Development within a supportive environment, we'd love to hear from you.<br /><br />RecCoLisburn</p></div><p> </p>
