<p></p><div><h1><strong>HealthRoster Administrator (Band 4)</strong></h1><p>📍 Location: Gilford<br /> 💰 Pay Rate: £14.06 per hour<br /> ⏰ Hours: 37.5 per week</p><hr /><h2><strong>About the Role</strong></h2><p>Our public sector client within the <strong>Health &amp; Social Care sector</strong> is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented <strong>HealthRoster Administrator</strong> to join their team in Gilford.</p><p>This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in the <strong>management and optimisation of the Trust-wide electronic rostering system (HealthRoster)</strong>, supporting workforce planning and service delivery across nursing and midwifery services.</p><p>You will combine <strong>system administration, data reporting, and stakeholder engagement</strong>, ensuring high data quality, system efficiency, and effective user support.</p><hr /><h2><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h2><h3><strong>System &amp; Operational Support</strong></h3><ul><li>Maintain and support the <strong>HealthRoster system</strong>, ensuring accurate and timely data input</li><li>Provide expert guidance and support to staff and managers on roster usage</li><li>Assist with system rollouts, upgrades, and ongoing improvements</li><li>Contribute to audits and performance monitoring to ensure system effectiveness</li></ul><h3><strong>Data &amp; Reporting</strong></h3><ul><li>Extract, analyse, and collate workforce data to support reporting requirements</li><li>Assist in producing regular and ad hoc reports for senior management</li><li>Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with information governance standards</li><li>Support payroll and sickness reporting processes in line with deadlines</li></ul><h3><strong>Training &amp; Stakeholder Engagement</strong></h3><ul><li>Deliver training and support to roster users and managers</li><li>Assist in workshops, presentations, and learning events</li><li>Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to improve data management practices</li></ul><h3><strong>Administration &amp; Coordination</strong></h3><ul><li>Provide administrative support for meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions</li><li>Manage enquiries effectively, ensuring timely resolution and communication</li><li>Maintain documentation, systems, and shared platforms such as SharePoint</li></ul><hr /><h2><strong>Essential Criteria</strong></h2><h3><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience</strong></h3><p>Applicants must meet one of the following:</p><ul><li>✅ HNC/HND (or equivalent) in an administrative-related field <strong>AND</strong> 1 year's relevant experience<br /> <strong>OR</strong></li><li>✅ GCSEs (including English &amp; Maths) <strong>AND</strong> 2 years' administrative experience<br /> <strong>OR</strong></li><li>✅ Minimum 3 years' administrative experience</li></ul><h3><strong>Key Requirements</strong></h3><ul><li>Experience using <strong>Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)</strong></li><li>Strong data handling and administrative skills</li><li>Full UK Driving Licence (or alternative access to transport where applicable)</li></ul><hr /><h2><strong>Key Skills &amp; Competencies</strong></h2><ul><li>Strong attention to detail and data accuracy</li><li>Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills</li><li>Effective communication and stakeholder engagement</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines</li></ul><hr /><h2><strong>Why Apply?</strong></h2><ul><li>✔ Opportunity to work within a large, respected public sector organisation</li><li>✔ Gain experience with workforce systems and reporting</li><li>✔ Develop skills in data, systems, and stakeholder management</li><li>✔ Support impactful workforce decision-making</li></ul><hr /><h2><strong>How to Apply</strong></h2><p>If you're a highly organised and data-driven administrator looking to progress within a systems-focused role, we'd love to hear from you.</p><p>Apply now with your CV demonstrating how you meet the essential criteria.</p></div><p> </p>
