<div><h2>Job Title: Quality Control Operative</h2>Location: Camden Group, Steeple Road Site Shift Pattern: Day Shift<ul><li>Monday - Thursday: 8:00am - 5:30pm</li><li>Friday: 8:00am - 1:15pm</li></ul>Rate of Pay: £14.02 per hourAbout the RoleWe are currently seeking a Quality Control Operative to join our team at the Camden Group's Steeple Road site. This is a key role within our manufacturing operations, ensuring that all products meet the highest quality standards before reaching our customers.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Conduct end-of-line quality checks in line with QC Standard Operating Procedures</li><li>Identify, document, and report quality issues throughout the manufacturing process</li><li>Support production teams in recognising defects and implementing corrective actions</li><li>Work collaboratively to reduce remakes across all factories</li><li>Communicate effectively with the Quality Manager, Production Managers, and Supervisors</li><li>Ensure all quality control tasks are completed daily and any issues are cleared promptly</li><li>Provide daily reports outlining quality concerns and trends</li><li>Assist in investigating and resolving customer complaints</li><li>Carry out manual handling duties, including occasional heavy lifting of window and door components Essential Criteria</li></ul><ul><li>Minimum of 6 months' experience in a manufacturing environment</li><li>Proven ability to identify and troubleshoot quality issues</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Working knowledge of computer systems, including Microsoft Office</li><li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision</li><li>Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven approach</li><li>Flexibility to work reasonable overtime when required</li><li>Physically capable of manual handling, including intermittent heavy lifting</li><li>Previous experience in a Quality Control or Quality Assurance role within manufacturing</li></ul>RecCoLisburn</div>
