RadiographerBelfast 37.5 hrs per week<h2>Main Duties / Responsibilities</h2> <ul><li>To assist in the provision of a wide range of Interventional Cardiology procedures.</li><li>To assist as part of a multi-disciplinary team in the provision of a comprehensive service.</li><li>To carry out any duties required by the service as part of this team.</li><li>Assist in the organization and co-ordination of resources in the department.</li><li>To assist in the training of staff in Cardiology, help identify training needs and assist in an effective training programme in Cardiology appropriate to your post.</li><li>To ensure that the most effective and appropriate methods of radiation protection are applied.To participate in the shift/on-call/standby as required by the needs of the service. To actively participate in the departmental Quality Assurance Programme</li></ul>ESSENTIAL CRITERIAExperience/Qualifications/ Registration<ul><li>BSc (Hons) Degree in Diagnostic Radiography</li><li>Must have HCPC Registration at time of appointment.</li></ul>Minimum of 12 Months recent radiographic experience in a hospital with a wide range of modern imaging modalitiesKnowledge Skills Abilities<ul><li>Knowledge/Skills to improve team performance, specifically in relation to the standard of radiography.</li><li>Be able to demonstrate effective communication.</li><li>Be able to demonstrate ways in which you have used your initiative.</li><li>Be able to demonstrate your ability to work well under pressure</li><li>Give examples of your ongoing professional development.</li><li>Capable of working alone and as part of a team.</li></ul><ul><li>Commit to participate in night duty/shift/on-call system as required.</li><li>Basic computer skills</li></ul>To apply send cv via link
