<p> </p><div><h2>Personal Secretary - Band 3</h2><p><strong>Branch:</strong> Foyle Area<br /> <strong>Location:</strong> Gransha, Lakeview Hospital, Derry/Londonderry<br /> <strong>Directorate:</strong> Adult Mental Health &amp; Disability Services</p><h3>🚀 Overview</h3><ul><li><strong>Hourly Rate:</strong> £12.31 per hour </li><li><strong>Contract Type:</strong> Temporary ongoing</li><li><strong>fullTime Monday - Friday 9-5</strong></li></ul><h3>🔹 Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to senior staff and department teams.</li><li>Manage diaries, appointments, and travel bookings.</li><li>Draft correspondence, reports, and presentations.</li><li>Coordinate meetings, including minute-taking and relevant follow-up.</li><li>Deliver reception and telephone cover, acting as a courteous and professional point of contact.</li><li>Maintain accurate and confidential records in line with data protection policies.</li><li>Liaise effectively with internal/external stakeholders, including colleagues, service users, and professionals.</li><li>Support departmental workflow to ensure smooth operational efficiency.</li></ul><h3>📋 Essential Criteria</h3><ul><li>Minimum 5 GCSEs (A-C), including English Language and Mathematics <strong>or</strong> NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration (or equivalent).</li><li>At least 1 year's secretarial or administrative experience, or 3 years' general office experience.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li><li>Strong organisational, time-management, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.</li><li>Excellent customer-service focus and experience working within a team environment.</li></ul></div><p> </p>
