Job Title: Admin Scheduler
- Post Grade: B3
- Location: Coleraine
- Start Date: ASAP
- Hourly Rate: £13.69
- Weekly Hours: 37
- Hours: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM (with rota 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
- Days: Monday - Friday
Key Duties:
Schedule Management
- Coordinate and maintain schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts.
- Update and adjust schedules based on absences, leave requests, and operational needs.
Administrative Support
- Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of staff attendance and working hours.
Communication
- Act as the point of contact for scheduling queries.
- Communicate schedule changes promptly and professionally.
Data Entry & Reporting
- Input scheduling data into relevant systems and databases.
- Generate reports on staffing levels, overtime, and compliance with working time regulations.
Requirements & Qualifications
- IT Proficiency: Intermediate
- Experience: 1-5 years
- Additional Requirements: Ability to work 8:00-5:00 on a rota basis
- Qualifications:
- (i) BTEC National Certificate or equivalent Level 3 qualification + 1 year relevant admin experience
- OR
- (ii) Five GCSEs (Level 2) or equivalent + 2 years relevant admin experience
- OR
- (iii) Three years general admin experience + evidence of ongoing learn
