The post holder will work as part of a busy team, supporting effective financial operations within the Trust.</p><hr /><h3><strong>Key Duties</strong></h3><ul><li>Process financial information in line with Trust policies and timescales</li><li>Assist with reconciliations and investigation of financial queries</li><li>Input, validate, and retrieve financial data using computerised systems and spreadsheets</li><li>Support compliance with Public Sector Prompt Payment Policy</li><li>Provide administrative support including correspondence, reports, filing, and meeting arrangements</li><li>Handle large volumes of cash/coin where required</li><li>Manage workloads to meet weekly, monthly, and annual deadlines</li><li>Liaise effectively with staff and stakeholders across the Trust</li></ul><hr /><h3><strong>Essential Criteria</strong></h3><ul><li><strong>Option 1:</strong> 4 GCSEs (Grades A-C or equivalent) including English &amp; Maths <strong>and</strong> 1 year's relevant experience<br /> <strong>OR</strong></li><li><strong>Option 2:</strong> 2 years' relevant experience</li></ul><p><em>Relevant experience: working with computerised financial systems in a busy finance office.</em></p><ul><li>ECDL or equivalent <strong>or</strong> strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel</li><li>Strong organisational, communication, and IT skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and accurately</li></ul><hr /><h3><strong>Other Requirements</strong></h3><ul><li>Full UK driving licence and access to a car (may be waived depending on post and individual circumstances)</li></ul></div><p> </p>
