The role involves patient administration, liaison with external providers, and maintaining accurate records using Trust systems.</p><hr /><h3><strong>Key Duties</strong></h3><ul><li>Support patient transfers to Independent Sector Providers</li><li>Liaise with providers regarding bookings and outcomes</li><li>Use <strong>Encompass</strong> to book and update patient information</li><li>Retrieve and distribute referral documentation</li><li>Maintain databases, invoices, and travel claims</li><li>Handle telephone enquiries and administrative duties</li><li>Provide cover for the IS Admin Co‑ordinator when required</li></ul><hr /><h3><strong>Essential Criteria</strong></h3><ul><li>4 GCSEs (A-C) including English <strong>and</strong> 1 year's clerical/admin experience<br /> <strong>OR</strong> 2 years' clerical/admin experience</li><li>Experience using <strong>Microsoft Word</strong></li><li>Experience booking patients on <strong>Encompass</strong> or similar PAS</li><li>Strong organisation, communication, and confidentiality skills</li></ul></div><p> </p>
