<div><h3>Clerical Officer / Receptionist - Band 2</h3>Location: Macmillan Unit, Ulster Hospital, Dundonald Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, flexibility required) Rate of Pay: £12.21 per hour Duration: Initially 3 monthsAbout the Role: We are seeking a Clerical Officer / Receptionist to join the Cancer Services team at the Macmillan Unit. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative and reception support, ensuring the smooth running of services.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Reception duties and first point of contact for patients and visitors</li><li>Data input and retrieval using computer systems</li><li>Maintenance of filing systems and processing mail</li><li>Booking appointments and arranging meetings</li><li>General office duties including photocopying, scanning, and handling queries</li></ul>Essential Criteria: (Must be clearly demostrated on cv) <ul><li>4 GCSEs (Grades A-C) including English Language OR NVQ Level 2 in Administration OR 1 year's clerical/administrative experience</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook</li><li>Good keyboard skills and attention to detail</li><li>Effective communication skills</li></ul>Desirable:<ul><li>Previous experience in a hospital setting</li></ul>Additional Requirements:<ul><li>Enhanced Disclosure Check required</li><li>Mandatory training compliance</li></ul>Start Date: ASAP</div>
