These include relevant appeals points where required.</li><li>Provide advice and guidance to Departments, and all parts of NICSHR on HR matters.</li><li>To support the work of the transformation of ER to a single, uniform, operating model through attendance at meetings, research of potential solutions identified and engagement with</li><li>Departments/Other to facilitate roll-out.</li><li>Line management responsibility for case management teams</li></ul>The list of responsibilities is not exhaustive and is intended as an indication of the main duties of the post.
