Admin Officer - Sustainable Livestock Systems Location: Hillsborough, County Down Rate of Pay: £13.75 per hour Hours: Monday to Friday, 37 hours per weekSummary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Officer. This temporary, ongoing role focuses on ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency across a range of administrative and regulatory tasks.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage procurement processes and maintain expenditure records</li><li>Liaise with suppliers and finance teams, and support year-end financial procedures.</li><li>Process industrial staff timesheets, maintain absence records, and coordinate with managers.</li><li>Generate monthly and quarterly rent invoices and respond to related queries.</li><li>Manage central email inboxes, respond to finance and management queries, and ensure timely communication.</li><li>Handle incoming calls and direct or resolve queries from internal and external contacts.</li><li>Provide front desk support, assist visitors and contractors, issue passes, and coordinate with the Premises Officer including coordination of business meetings.</li><li>Record daily meteorological data and produce monthly reports for staff.</li><li>Provide support to management where required, including minute taking and maintaining action logs.</li><li>Carry out general administrative duties and any other tasks as required by management.</li></ul>Essential Criteria:<ul><li>5 GCSEs including Science, Maths, and English Language (Grades A*-C or equivalent)</li><li>Minimum of 6 months relevant experience in an administrative role</li></ul>Desirable:<ul><li>Knowledge or experience in agriculture or agri-business operations</li></ul>
