Office Administrator (Temporary, Part-Time)
Location: Belfast - Ormeau Road
Hours: 28 hours per week across 4 days (Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri)
Working Time: 9:00am - 5:00pm
Salary: £12.70 per hour
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to join our team on a temporary, part-time basis. This is a front-of-house role providing essential administrative support to multiple teams and ensuring the smooth running of the office.
Key areas of responsibility include:
- Reception and Communication: Accurate message-taking and signposting to relevant services.
- Facilities & Building Maintenance: Coordinating upkeep and reporting issues promptly.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Supporting safe practices across the office environment.
Main Duties
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
- Handle correspondence and enquiries, including telephone and reception duties.
- Process incoming mail and maintain accurate records in line with organisational policies.
- Provide administrative support to the Senior Management Team and Board of Directors.
- Collate, produce, and distribute organisational documentation and information.
- Manage general office tasks such as ordering supplies, data input, organising meetings, and preparing refreshments for visitors.
- Maintain booking systems for meeting rooms and organisational accounts.
- Support health and safety compliance and assist with facilities management.
Essential Criteria
- Business Administration qualification plus 1 year's experience providing high-quality administrative support.
- Minimum 2 years' experience providing high-quality administrative support.
