Senior Human Resources OfficerAntrimFull timeKEY RESULT AREAS / MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Assist in fostering and maintaining an effective employee relations, attendance and inclusion service in accordance with good Human Resources practice.</li><li>Support the Team to provide advice and assistance to managers, TU's, staff and other parties on ERAI queries</li><li>Case manage employee relations and attendance cases prioritising and highlighting red flag cases for escalation.</li><li>Undertake investigations as appropriate.</li><li>Provide HR support to officers undertaking investigations.</li><li>Co-ordinate and manage divisional ACD's</li><li>Co-ordinate and manage return to work spot checks</li><li>Undertake the delivery of training to support ERAI service delivery;</li><li>Support and advise B4's on preparation of ER and Attendance Hearings and Appeals</li><li>Undertake and participate in the AFC job analysis/job evaluation processes as appropriate.</li></ul>Plan, coordinate and deliver training on Employee Relations, Attendance and Inclusion issues and participate as necessaryESSENTIAL CRITERIARelevant University Degree or equivalent higher education qualification plus 1 years' experience in a Human Resources department working at Health and Social Care Band 4 or equivalent including experience in some or all of the following areas:<ul><li>case management </li><li>management / supervision of staff </li><li>delegation / allocation of work </li><li>training of other staff</li></ul> OR Certificate in Personnel recognised by CIPD plus 2 years' experience in a Human Resources department working at Health and Social Care Band 4 or equivalent including experience in some or all of the following areas:case management <ul><li>management / supervision of staff </li><li>delegation / allocation of work </li><li>training of other staff</li></ul> OR 3 years' experience in Human Resources department working at Health and Social Care Band 4 or equivalent including experience in some or all of the following areas:<ul><li>case management </li><li>management / supervision of staff </li><li>delegation / allocation of work training of other staff</li></ul>To apply send cv via link
