This is a newly created role offering the opportunity to shape and lead IT operations across the organisation.</p><h3>🔧 Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Manage internal IT support and help desk queries</li><li>Oversee external IT service providers and contracts</li><li>Lead and deliver IT projects that enhance organisational efficiency</li><li>Develop long-term IT proposals and strategic plans</li><li>Provide short training sessions to upskill staff</li><li>Monitor project progress and budgets</li><li>Support strategic planning and operational performance</li></ul><h3>🎓 Essential Criteria:</h3><ul><li>Level 4 qualification in Business, IT Management, or related discipline <strong>and</strong> 1+ years' IT support experience<br /> <strong>OR</strong><br /> 3+ years' experience managing IT support</li><li>Experience managing third-party IT service providers</li><li>Strong project management and communication skills</li><li>Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools</li></ul><h3>🌟 Desirable Criteria:</h3><ul><li>Experience in budgeting and procurement</li><li>Strategic planning and digital transformation experience</li><li>IT training delivery experience</li><li>Understanding of public sector governance</li></ul><p>This is an <strong>office-based role</strong> at our Nutts Corner Training Centre.</p><hr /><p><strong>📨 How to Apply:</strong><br /> Please submit your CV and a cover letter outlining your suitability for the role or click the apply button </p>
