<h3><strong>Team Secretary - Ballymoney (Immediate Start, Temporary Positions)</strong></h3><p><strong>Pay Rate:</strong> £12.31 per hour<br /><strong>Location:</strong> Ballymoney<br /><strong>Hours:</strong> Monday - Friday 37.5 hours</p><h4><strong>About the Role</strong></h4><p>We are seeking an experienced <strong>Team Secretary</strong> to provide high-quality secretarial and administrative support to the CMHT Team Leader and assist with the smooth day-to-day running of the office. This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional team and contribute to delivering an efficient service.</p><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li>Organise and maintain diaries, schedule appointments and meetings</li><li>Provide secretarial support including audio typing, word processing, photocopying</li><li>Prepare reports, letters, memos and forms to a high standard</li><li>Arrange and support meetings, including minute-taking and issuing documentation</li><li>Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails and telephone enquiries</li><li>Maintain accurate records, filing systems and databases</li><li>Liaise with internal teams and external agencies professionally</li><li>Handle petty cash and assist with financial processes</li><li>Provide cover for other clerical staff during absences or busy periods</li><li>Ensure confidentiality and compliance with equality and human rights principles</li></ul><h3><strong>Essential Criteria</strong></h3><ul><li><strong>Qualifications:</strong><ul><li>4 GCSEs (Grades A*-C) including English OR equivalent</li></ul></li><li><strong>Experience:</strong><ul><li>Minimum 1 year paid clerical experience in an office environment using Microsoft Office</li><li>Minute-taking experience (for some posts)</li></ul></li><li><strong>Additional Requirements:</strong><ul><li>RSA/OCR Stage II Typing/Word Processing (both parts) OR</li><li>1 year's experience using ICT including word processing, spreadsheets and email</li></ul></li></ul><p><em>(Work-based examples must be clearly outlined on the application form)</em></p><p><strong>RecCoLisburn</strong></p>
