<h3>We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources/Organisational Development (HR/OD) Assistant to join our team in Belfast. This role is pivotal in delivering high-quality HR support services, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and legislation while maintaining excellent customer service standards</h3>Location: Belfast Rate: £12.31 per hour<h3>Key Duties &amp; Responsibilities</h3>1. HR/OD Helpdesk<ul><li>Log all queries received via phone or email in line with agreed procedures.</li><li>Respond to, signpost, or escalate queries within agreed KPIs.</li><li>Communicate courteously and effectively with all users of the HR/OD Helpdesk.</li></ul>2. Functional Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide advice to managers and staff on routine HR/OD issues in line with policy and protocol.</li><li>Deliver accurate and timely administrative processes within agreed KPIs.</li><li>Prepare and issue template correspondence to a high standard.</li><li>Maintain and update electronic/manual workforce files securely.</li><li>Organise HR/OD-related hearings and meetings, including preparing paperwork.</li><li>Input and process data on HRPTS and other HR systems accurately.</li><li>Provide administrative support to HR/OD meetings, including minute-taking.</li><li>Assist with collation and presentation of HR/OD data.</li><li>Maintain adequate stationery supplies and order replacements as needed.</li></ul>3. General Responsibilities<ul><li>Adhere to HR/OD procedures and quality standards.</li><li>Participate in Directorate meetings and contribute to service improvement initiatives.</li><li>Provide administrative cover across the Directorate when required.</li></ul>4. Communication &amp; Collaboration<ul><li>Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Deliver a proactive, responsive, and professional HR service aligned with Trust values.</li></ul><hr /><h3>Essential Criteria</h3><ul><li>Qualifications:<ul><li>5 GCSEs (Grade A-C) including English Language OR</li><li>NVQ Level 2 in Administration/Customer Service plus GCSE English Language OR</li><li>GCSE English Language plus 2 years' administrative/customer service experience.</li></ul></li><li>Experience:<ul><li>Minimum 1 year administrative/customer service experience at Band 2 or equivalent.</li><li>6 months' experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).</li></ul></li></ul> RecCoLisburn
