<h3>Job Title: Painter &amp; Decorator</h3>Location: Holywell, Antrim Duration: 3-4 months (initially) Start Date: Immediate Pay: £13.57 per hourAbout the Role: We are seeking an experienced Painter &amp; Decorator to join our maintenance team. You will be responsible for providing high-quality painting and decorating services across a range of properties, including older buildings, ensuring all work meets safety and craftsmanship standards.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Carry out all types of painting, papering, glazing, and sign writing using stencils.</li><li>Work as part of a maintenance team and independently when required.</li><li>Maintain high standards of workmanship and comply with Health &amp; Safety and COSHH regulations.</li><li>Undertake cleaning of PVC/aluminium fixtures alongside external decoration.</li><li>Safely use ladders, scaffolds, and steps, reporting any defects.</li><li>Ensure security and maintenance of painting materials and equipment.</li><li>Participate in training to stay updated with industry standards and legislation.</li></ul>Essential Criteria:<ul><li>Minimum 3 years' relevant experience.</li><li>Recognised CITB Painting Apprenticeship or equivalent technical qualification.</li><li>Registered on the Construction Skills Register.</li><li>Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (reasonable adjustments for disability will be considered).</li></ul>Why Apply?<ul><li>Competitive hourly rate.</li><li>Immediate start with potential for extension.</li><li>Opportunity to work on varied projects in a supportive team environment.</li></ul>
