This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a busy administrative environment, providing essential support to ensure smooth operations.<h4>Key Responsibilities</h4><ul><li>Handling telephony duties and providing professional customer service</li><li>Managing room bookings and scheduling appointments</li><li>Typing, photocopying, and general administrative tasks</li><li>Logging and processing referrals</li><li>Updating information systems and managing waiting lists</li><li>Reception cover and electronic filing</li><li>Using Outlook schedules for diary management</li><li>Undertaking any other duties appropriate to the banding</li></ul>Experience with the Encompass system is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.Essential Criteria<ul><li>Five GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Mathematics</li><li>At least one year's experience in an administrative roleTo apply or for further information, please contact us today.
