<h3>📢 Job Opportunity: Band 3 Secretary/Admin Support</h3>📍 Location: Lagan Valley Hospital, Lisburn 🕒 Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday) 📅 Duration: 6-12 months (with potential to apply for a permanent role)We are currently seeking a Band 3 Secretary/Admin Support to join our team supporting the Nurse Managers at Lagan Valley Hospital. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable experience in a busy healthcare environment.<h3>🔍 Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Provide high-quality secretarial and administrative support</li><li>Assist with minute/note-taking (training provided if needed)</li><li>Support day-to-day operations of the Nurse Management team</li></ul><h3>✅ Essential Criteria (must meet one of the following):</h3>Option 1:<ul><li>OCR Level II (Parts 1 &amp; 2) in Text/Word Processing or 1 year of word processing experience AND</li><li>4 GCSEs (Grades A-C) including English Language (not Literature)</li><li>1 year of secretarial/admin experience</li></ul>OROption 2:<ul><li>2 years of admin/secretarial experience</li></ul>📝 Note-taking experience is desirable but not essential-training will be provided. *Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
