<h3><strong>Temporary Administrator - Public Sector (Lisburn)</strong></h3><p><strong>Location:</strong> Lisburn<br /> <strong>Hours:</strong> Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm)<br /> <strong>Pay Rate:</strong> £12.31 per hour<br /> <strong>Contract Type:</strong> Temporary</p><hr /><h4><strong>About the Role</strong></h4><p>We are currently recruiting for a <strong>Temporary Administrator</strong> on behalf of our Public Sector client based in Lisburn. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work independently.</p><hr /><h4><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h4><ul><li>Operate various IT systems including:<ul><li>Finance Procurement and Logistics (FPL)</li><li>Continence Ring Back System</li><li>Local Community Information Development (LCID)</li><li>ELMS</li><li>Electronic Materials Management</li><li>JDA Warehouse System</li></ul></li><li>Liaise with professional staff (e.g. Occupational Therapists, District Nurses, Physiotherapists) to maintain accurate system records.</li><li>Schedule deliveries of equipment and continence pads with transport departments.</li><li>Handle public enquiries at the counter and via telephone in a courteous and timely manner.</li><li>Prepare Equipment Collection Dockets and coordinate equipment returns.</li><li>Maintain accurate filing of requisitions, delivery/collection notes, and other documentation.</li><li>Record returned equipment on internal and external databases.</li><li>Investigate and resolve customer queries.</li><li>Input Non-Stock Goods Received Notes into the FPL system.</li></ul><hr /><h4><strong>Essential Criteria</strong> <em>(must be clearly demonstrated on CV)</em></h4><ul><li>5 GCSEs including English Language and Maths (Grade C or above)</li><li>Minimum of 1 year's administration experience</li><li>At least 1 year's experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook or similar)</li></ul><p>RecCoLisburn</p>
