<h3>Job Advert: Administration Officer - Financial Processing (Accounts Payable)</h3>Location: NewforgeRate of pay: £13.75 ph Contract Type: Temporary ongoing Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday) Start Date: As soon as possibleAbout the Role: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administration Officer to join clients our Financial Processing team. The successful candidate will support Accounts Payable operations and contribute to the smooth running of financial transactions.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Processing invoices and staff expenses</li><li>Responding to customer queries via email and telephone</li><li>Supporting Accounts Receivable tasks</li><li>General administrative duties within the finance team</li></ul>Essential Criteria:<ul><li>Minimum of 2 GCSEs including English and Maths at Grade A-C</li><li>Strong communication skills, both written and verbal</li><li>Experience in an administrative support role with customer service elements</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Outlook, Excel, and Teams</li></ul>Closing Date: Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis until the position is filled.
