Job Advert: Administration Officer - Financial Processing (Accounts Payable)

Location: Newforge

Rate of pay: £13.75 ph
Contract Type: Temporary ongoing
Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Start Date: As soon as possible

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administration Officer to join clients our Financial Processing team. The successful candidate will support Accounts Payable operations and contribute to the smooth running of financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing invoices and staff expenses
  • Responding to customer queries via email and telephone
  • Supporting Accounts Receivable tasks
  • General administrative duties within the finance team

Essential Criteria:

  • Minimum of 2 GCSEs including English and Maths at Grade A-C
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in an administrative support role with customer service elements
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Outlook, Excel, and Teams
