<h3>🧾 Job Opportunity: Administration Assistant (APGT) - Band 3 (Part-Time)</h3>📍 Location: Ashleigh House, St Luke's Hospital Site, Armagh Pay Rate: £12.31 per hour 📅 Duration: Until 28 November 2025 🕒 Hours: 33.5 per week 🗓️ Working Pattern:<ul><li>Monday: 9am - 5pm</li><li>Tuesday to Friday: 9am - 4pm (negotiable)</li></ul><hr /><h3>🔍 About the Role</h3>Join the Adult Protection Gateway Team as a key administrative support, helping to deliver high-quality safeguarding services. You'll assist with data entry, meeting coordination, minute-taking, and managing sensitive information across Trust systems including EPIC, PARIS, and NICER.<hr /><h3>✅ Essential Criteria</h3><ul><li>Qualifications:<ul><li>4 GCSEs (Grades A-C) including English Language OR</li><li>2 years' clerical/administrative experience</li></ul></li><li>Skills:<ul><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)</li><li>Strong organisational and communication skills</li><li>Experience in minute-taking</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li></ul></li></ul><hr /><h3>🛡️ Additional Requirements</h3><ul><li>Access NI Enhanced (Adults Only) check required</li><li>Familiarity with safeguarding systems and terminology preferred</li><li>Training on Trust systems and Adult Protection processes will be provided</li><li>Hold a full current driving license valid for use in the UK and have access to a car on appointment</li></ul> *Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
