<h3><strong>Job Advert: Water Compliance Admin Assistant - Band 3</strong></h3><p><strong>Location:</strong> Lurgan or Armagh (depending on candidate's residence)<br /> <strong>Directorate:</strong> Directorate of Finance, Procurement &amp; Estates<br /> <strong>Hours:</strong> 37.5 hours per week<br /> <strong>Working Pattern:</strong> Monday to Friday, options include 8:00-4:00, 8:30-4:30, or 9:00-5:00<br /> <strong>Start Date:</strong> Immediate (week commencing 13th October 2025)<br /><strong>Rate of pay: £12.31 per hour  </strong></p><h4><strong>Role Overview:</strong></h4><p>We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented <strong>Water Compliance Admin Assistant</strong> to support the Estates team in ensuring compliance with water safety regulations. The successful candidate will play a key role in administrative support, data management, and coordination of compliance activities.</p><h4><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></h4><ul><li>Provide administrative support to the Estates team</li><li>Maintain accurate records and documentation related to water compliance</li><li>Liaise with internal departments and external contractors</li><li>Assist in scheduling and tracking compliance checks</li><li>Support reporting and audit preparation</li></ul><h4><strong>Essential Criteria:</strong></h4><ul><li>Previous experience in an administrative role</li><li>Strong organisational and communication skills</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li></ul><h4><strong>Desirable:</strong></h4><ul><li>Experience in estates or facilities management</li><li>Familiarity with compliance or regulatory environments</li></ul>
