Job Advert: Water Compliance Admin Assistant - Band 3
Location: Lurgan or Armagh (depending on candidate's residence)
Directorate: Directorate of Finance, Procurement & Estates
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, options include 8:00-4:00, 8:30-4:30, or 9:00-5:00
Start Date: Immediate (week commencing 13th October 2025)
Rate of pay: £12.31 per hour
Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Water Compliance Admin Assistant to support the Estates team in ensuring compliance with water safety regulations. The successful candidate will play a key role in administrative support, data management, and coordination of compliance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Estates team
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to water compliance
- Liaise with internal departments and external contractors
- Assist in scheduling and tracking compliance checks
- Support reporting and audit preparation
Essential Criteria:
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable:
- Experience in estates or facilities management
- Familiarity with compliance or regulatory environments
