JOB SUMMARY: The post holder will play an important role in supporting the work of the people and organisational development team to develop and deliver new HR processes whilst ensuring compliance with best practice. This will include development and implementation of the new Placement Activity processes within BHSCT. The post holder will be integral to supporting new HR management processes and will be required to liaise with key stakeholders including management teams, medical education teams, universities and other key stakeholders throughout the HSC. KEY RESULT AREAS / MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Have a central role in co-ordinating stakeholder engagement, liaising with multi professional/cross service teams, collating documents and managing recording of information.</li><li>Assist the HR Manager in devising methods to capture, transcribe and collate key information following engagement with stakeholders.</li><li>Assist in the development of HR Project Support Documents, for example Risk log, Issue Log, Project Plan, etc.</li><li>Co-ordinating actions and raising any issues with the HR Manager.</li><li>Work with the HR Manager to develop robust information systems that will support the project. This includes being responsible for maintaining the integrity of data and undertaking regular quality assurance exercises.</li><li>Assist with process mapping exercises as required.
