Staff Officer - Belfast

Job Role: Staff Officer
Pay: £19.59 per hour (Paid Weekly)
Location: Belfast
Hours: 9-5 Monday-Friday
Length of Assignment: Until 31/12/2025 (Likely extension)
Start Date: Must be able to start on20/10/2025

Job Duties:
Role is within a Programme Management Office running a multi-project programme. Role will include:
- Design and develop a series of staff lead surveys, including assisting with advertising and monitoring surveys and survey results
- Conduct in-depth analysis and reviews of survey results, assisting with incorporating results into the Programme
- Ensure survey data is managed and tracked appropriately
- Line manage an EO1
- Assist with corporate governance

Essential Criteria:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience of effective leadership and communication, setting and prioritising goals to meet organisational business objectives

• At least 2 years' experience of developing and maintaining effective working relationships with key stakeholders to meet business objectives.
