We are currently recruiting for 10x AO's based in Armagh . The successful candidates will be required to start once the vetting paperwork and ANI completed.
Start date: ASAP
Duration: up to 51 weeks
Hours of work: Full time 37 Hours per week
Rate of pay: £13.75 ph
Key Responsibilities:
  • The function of the Case Interventions team is to check potential changes to a Universal Credit Claim. Duties:
    * Vetting and verification of UC Risk Rule scans.
    * Contacting customers and third parties, where appropriate.
    * Process UC changes in line with guidance and procedures
    * Manage caseload robustly, to achieve business targets and objectives.
    * Ensure accurate recording on systems.
    * Ensuring health and safety procedures, incident handling and business continuity arrangement operate effectively.
  • Essential Criteria applicants must have:
  • 5x GCSE/GCE passes (at A, B or C) in Maths and English ( Proof of certs required )
  • Experience of working in and contributing to a team to ensure branch and organisational targets are met.
  • Excellent IT skills, including use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proven ability to use own initiative.
