Clinical Administrator£12.31 per hour Belfast BT88:30am - 4:30pmTuesday &amp; Thursday with the possibility of being a Monday alsoMain Duties / Purpose Of JobFirst point of contact at the dental reception to meet and greet patients and inform dentists of each patient's arrival.Manage day lists of patient's appointments and record if they attend, DNA or cancel on the Encompass system.Prepare all charts for clinics.Make and receive telephone calls and take appropriate action.Open, distribute and re-direct mail as appropriate.Participate in general office duties in accordance with local policies and procedures, i.e. filing, emailing, photocopying and data entry.Provide cover for staff during periods of sick/annual leave.Book appointments on the Encompass system.Maintain standards of confidentiality regarding all information held in respect of service users and professional staffTo undertake any other admin duties which fall within the remit of this grade Main Qualifications / Experience SOUGHT4 GCSEs at Grade C or above (to include English Language) and 18 months clerical experienceOrNVQ Level 2 in Administration and 18 months clerical experienceOr2 years' clerical experience Desirable Experience of working in HSCDesirable Experience of using the Encompass systemTo apply send cv via link
