📌 Job Opportunity: Temporary Full-Time Administrator - Armagh (Public Sector)
Location: Ashleigh House, St Luke's Hospital Site, Armagh
Hours: 33.5 hours per week
Rate of Pay: £12.31 per hour
Temporary ongoing
Access NI: Enhanced (Adults Only) required

🗓 Working Pattern:

• Monday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
• Tuesday to Friday: 9:00am - 4:00pm
  Working pattern negotiable

📝 Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a Temporary Full-Time Administrator to support the Adult Protection Gateway Team within a public sector organisation. This role involves delivering high-quality administrative support in a sensitive and fast-paced environment.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive admin support to the Adult Protection Gateway Manager and team.
• Maintain efficient office systems and manage sensitive data using EPIC and other Trust systems.
• Prepare safeguarding reports and collate information related to incidents and referrals.
• Organise and support meetings, including minute-taking and diary management.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of manual and electronic filing systems.

✅ Essential Criteria:

• Qualifications:

  • 4 GCSEs (Grades A-C including English) or
  • 2 years' experience in a clerical/administrative role.

• Experience:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience in a clerical/administrative setting.

⭐ Desirable:

• Experience using the EPIC system.
• OCR/RSA/GCSE Stage 2 Word Processing or equivalent or 6 months' word-processing experience.
