📢 Temporary Digital Content Officer - BelfastWe are currently seeking a Temporary Digital Content Officer for our client, the Arts Council of Northern Ireland (ACNI), based in Belfast.<ul><li>Rate of Pay: £17.43 per hour</li><li>Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm</li><li>Duration: Temporary ongoing </li><li>Location: Belfast</li><li>Start Date: ASAP</li></ul><h3>🎯 Key Objectives:</h3><ul><li>Create, promote, and publish digital content across ACNI's platforms.</li><li>Administer and edit the ACNI website using the CRAFT content management system.</li><li>Manage all social media content and approval processes.</li><li>Grow and engage online audiences for the arts and ACNI.</li></ul><h3>🛠️ Main Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Maintain a digital content calendar and coordinate with internal teams.</li><li>Plan and deliver digital marketing content aligned with ACNI's mission.</li><li>Lead website updates and ensure editorial quality.</li><li>Write compelling online copy and social media content.</li><li>Promote ACNI research and sector news through reports and infographics.</li><li>Occasionally produce and edit video/audio content.</li><li>Develop email marketing campaigns and manage online advertising budgets.</li><li>Collaborate with Communications and Arts Development teams.</li></ul><h3>✅ Essential Criteria:</h3><ul><li>Education: Degree level or equivalent.</li><li>Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role within the last 4 years.</li><li>Website Content Management:<ul><li>Experience with CMS platforms and digital content workflows.</li><li>Skilled in managing content across digital platforms and social media.</li><li>Strong IT skills including Microsoft systems and analytics tools.</li><li>Understanding of GDPR and accessibility regulations.</li></ul></li><li>Digital Content Creation:<ul><li>Experience with video production and editing tools (e.g., Canva, Premiere Pro, Final Cut).</li><li>Proven copywriting and photography skills.</li><li>Ability to learn new technical skills and train others.</li></ul></li><li>Mobility: Willing to travel within and outside Northern Ireland. Must have access to transport.</li></ul>
