📢 Job Opportunity: Band 3 Administrative Support Officer - BelfastOur Public Sector Client is currently seeking Full-Time Temporary Band 3 Admin Support Staff to join their Business Services Team based in Franklin Street, Belfast.<ul><li>Position Type: Temporary Ongoing</li><li>Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (37.5 hours/week)</li><li>Pay Rate: £12.31 per hour</li><li>Start Date: ASAP</li><li>Duration: 3 months initially, with potential for extension</li></ul><hr /><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Act as a point of contact for customers and clients, escalating queries as needed</li><li>Provide high-quality administrative support across service areas</li><li>Input, process, and validate data with accuracy and attention to detail</li><li>Assist in data analysis and reporting</li><li>Support users with application issues related to device compatibility</li><li>Prepare reports, documents, and proposals for senior staff</li><li>Maintain and replenish stationery supplies</li><li>Administer system updates and adjustments within governance frameworks</li><li>Participate in system testing cycles</li><li>Ensure excellent customer service and communication across teams</li></ul><hr /><h3>Essential Criteria:</h3>Candidates must meet one of the following:<ul><li>5 GCSEs (Grades A-C) including English Language and Maths, plus 1 year's relevant administrative experience</li><li>OR NVQ Level II in Administration plus 1 year's relevant administrative experience</li><li>OR 2 years' relevant administrative experience</li></ul>Additional Requirements:<ul><li>Experience using key information systems (e.g., Paris, Staffplan, Ebrokerage)</li><li>Relevant experience in master data management and systems administration</li><li>Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines</li><li>Effective communication skills</li></ul>
