<p>📌 Job Title:Part-Time Receptionist <br />📍 Location: Knockbracken<br />💼 Band: Band 3<br />💰 Rate of Pay: £12.31 per hour<br />🕒 Hours: Monday to Friday, 18.5 hours per week (days negotiable)<br />📅 Contract Type: Temporary ongoing</p><hr /><h3><strong>About the Role</strong></h3><p>We are seeking a professional and welcoming <strong>Receptionist / Admin Assistant</strong> to join our clients team on the Saintfield Road, Belfast. This part-time role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of front-of-house services and administrative support across the Trust.</p><hr /><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li>Provide a professional front-of-house service, greeting visitors and managing reception duties.</li><li>Handle telephone enquiries, including emergency and accessibility-related calls.</li><li>Maintain reception area, meeting room bookings, and administrative records.</li><li>Support estates fault logging, complaints handling, and vaccine storage protocols.</li><li>Perform clerical tasks including document preparation, filing, post handling, and deliveries.</li><li>Input incident reports into DATIX and assist with audio transcription.</li><li>Operate office equipment, key management systems, and maintain stock levels.</li><li>Conduct fire safety checks, support evacuations, and monitor access and CCTV systems.</li></ul><hr /><h3><strong>Essential Criteria</strong></h3><ul><li>5 GCSEs (Grade C or above) including English, or equivalent qualifications.</li><li>Minimum 1 year's experience in a receptionist/administrative role, working both independently and within a team.</li><li>Working knowledge of fire safety checks and building evacuation procedures.</li><li>Word/Text Processing Level 2 (OCR/RSA or equivalent).</li></ul><p> </p><p>The Recruitment Co  is a corporate member for the Recruitment and Employers Confederation operating as an Employment Business for the recruitment of temporary vacancies</p><p>RecCoLisburn</p><p> TheRecCoLisburn</p>
