📚 Mobile Library Driver - Dungannon Area Temporary | Full-Time | £15.00/hour | Mon-Fri 8.30am-4.30pmWe are currently seeking a Mobile Library Driver to join our client's team based in Dungannon, covering the town and surrounding areas. This is a temporary ongoing position with a meaningful community impact.<h3>🚐 About the Role:</h3>As a Mobile Library Driver, you'll be the face of Libraries NI on the road - delivering library services to the public, schools, and community centres. You'll connect with customers of all ages, helping meet both short- and long-term community needs.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Drive and maintain a mobile library vehicle (up to 7.5 tonnes).</li><li>Ensure all vehicle records and maintenance logs are kept in line with legal requirements.</li><li>Deliver excellent customer service to a diverse range of users including children and older adults.</li><li>Support the development of library services as part of a front-line team.</li></ul><h3>✅ Essential Criteria (must be clearly demonstrated on CV):</h3><ol><li>Qualifications &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Minimum of two GCE A Levels (or equivalent/higher) plus two years' experience in a customer-facing role within the last seven years, OR</li><li>Minimum of three years' customer-facing experience within the last nine years.</li></ul></li><li>Driving Licence:<ul><li>Full UK driving licence permitting driving of vehicles up to 7.5 tonnes (C1 category).</li></ul></li><li>Customer Service:<ul><li>At least one year's experience delivering services to a diverse customer base in a face-to-face setting.</li></ul></li><li>ICT Skills:<ul><li>Experience using current ICT systems/applications in an information or learning context.</li></ul></li><li>Organisation:<ul><li>Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet competing deadlines.</li></ul></li></ol>
