Temporary Shared Services Support Officer📍 Location: Armagh 🕒 Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday-Friday) 💷 Rate of Pay: £12.31 per hour 📅 Contract Type: Temporary 👥 Sector: Public SectorWe are currently seeking a Temporary Shared Services Support Officer to join our Public Sector Client's team in the Armagh area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and a keen eye for detail, who thrives working independently and as part of a team.<hr /><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Serve as the first point of contact for customers and clients, escalating queries appropriately.</li><li>Provide high-quality administrative support to the service area, ensuring smooth operation of systems and procedures.</li><li>Accurately input, process, monitor, and validate data in a timely manner.</li><li>Assist in analysing and monitoring statistics and information.</li><li>Collate data and support the preparation of reports, documents, and proposals for senior staff.</li><li>Contribute to the development of protocols and procedures.</li><li>Support the implementation of systems within the service area.</li><li>Maintain and manage stationery stock levels.</li><li>Deliver a consistently high standard of service to staff, customers, the public, and suppliers.</li></ul><hr /><h3>Essential Criteria:</h3><ul><li>Qualifications:<ul><li>5 GCSEs (Grades A-C) including English Language and Maths OR</li><li>18 months' relevant experience in a clerical/administrative role</li></ul></li><li>Skills &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Proven experience in administration, including Excel, data entry, analysis, and reporting</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office applications</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team</li></ul></li></ul><hr />If you're detail-oriented, proactive, and ready to contribute to a busy and supportive environment, we'd love to hear from you.
