Service Desk analyst£13.57 per hour Belfast 37.5 hours a week What we are looking for<ul><li>Experience in a Service Desk or similar environment</li><li>Experience dealing with direct customers either by face to face or over phone</li><li>Some degree of IT experience in account or system admin</li><li>Experience with windows suite &amp; Microsoft office etc</li></ul> Job summary<ul><li>Handling calls from Health Service staff</li><li>Transcribing calls to ticket form with a high degree of accuracy to a number of resolver groups</li><li>Achieving a degree of first line fix for known issues, provide technical expertise, feedback and guidance to customers</li><li>Operating in an iso20000 aligned environment</li><li>Liaise with customers to acquire the necessary details regarding logged incidents</li></ul>To apply send cv via link
