Higher Clerical Officer£12.31 per hour Fermanagh<table><tbody><tr><td>MAIN DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES Provide a full administrative support to the team and other professionals. Effectively deal with telephone calls from patients, relatives, parents/carers, community teams and general practitioners and other individuals or organisations, taking messages, ensuring follow-up and resolving any problems as appropriate. Deal with all visitors to the department in a courteous manner. To assist in the collecting and collating of data statistics, using both manual or computerised systems, to support performance management for the team. Maintain diaries; arrange diary dates, venues, travel arrangement and hospitality.This also includes notes/minute taking as required at team meetings/ MDT and other reviews i.e. case discussions. Organise the office and carry out routine administrative duties which include the development and maintenance of an efficient filing system, brought forward system, mail distribution, photo copying, binding and ensure relevant files are available for meetings. Prioritise own workload with assistance from the Locality Lead/Team Lead as and when necessary to meet deadlines and targets set. Open and record incoming mail and direct correspondence for the Team or otherwise deal with routine items. Facilitate communication within the department by liaising with relevant staff. Dealing with telephone calls and enquiries and taking relevant action as appropriate. Type letters, memorandums and minutes. A high level of word processing skills will be required and the post holder will also be required to develop skills on Microsoft Office software and other computer packages as and when required.
