Job Role: Administrative Officer Pay: £12.97 per hour (Paid Weekly) Location: Ballykelly, Limavady Hours: Contracted hours are 8am-8pm Monday to Friday and every 4th Saturday on a rota basis. Currently, staff are working various shift patterns between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. Length of Assignment: Until 31/12/2025 (Likely extension) Start Date: Must be able to start on 27/08/2025Job Duties: These roles are telephony based. Main duties include:<ul><li>Answering calls within agreed timescales, taking personal responsibility to maximize availability for answering calls and delivering an accessible, effective service.</li><li>Working collaboratively towards delivering and promoting resilience and the ability to work in a pressurised environment.</li><li>Demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Building rapport with colleagues and customers.</li><li>Contributing to a team environment.</li><li>Working accurately within set deadlines and achieving targets.</li><li>Possessing basic IT skills with an aptitude for learning new systems.</li><li>Being organised with good time management skills.</li></ul>Benefits Include:<ul><li>Working From Home</li><li>Flexi Hours</li></ul>Essential Criteria:<ul><li>5 GCSEs including Maths and English graded A-C (or level 2 equivalent).</li></ul>If interested, feel free to apply!
