All staff acting as an Operator must be entitled to do so and this must be recorded in their competency manual. Staff must maintain and update a personal competency file as a record of training.
11. Compliance with and ensuring the compliance of staff supervised with the departmental Local Rules and the requirements of the Health and Safety at Work Order (N.I.) 1978.
12. Ensuring that the routine checks and procedures are carried out as required by the departmental Local Rules and Health and Safety policy.
