<p>Our client, A Large public sector organisation, based in Dungannon are looking for Executivie Officers to join their team.</p><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Duration:</strong></span> 30/04/2026</p><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Rate of pay:</strong></span> £14.93</p><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Location:</strong></span> Dungannon</p><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Hours:</strong></span> Monday - Friday 9am-5pm</p><p><strong>Main Duties:</strong></p><div class="ewa-rteLine">- Discretionary Support claims processing/reviews/checking, to include use of relevant internal systems, application of controls/checks, guidance and legislation, use of microsoft office packages to make accurate and timely decisions. End to end claims process, telephony role. Office attendance required for training and consolidation, hybrid working pattern available following training.</div><div class="ewa-rteLine">- Staff with previous 1 years Discretionary Support experience advantegous but not essential as full training will be provided.</div><div class="ewa-rteLine">- Providing office cover during operational hours.</div><div class="ewa-rteLine">- Updating management on statistics and performance.</div><div class="ewa-rteLine">- Excellent customer service skills to include dissatisfaction and complaints management and application of unacceptable customer behaviour guidance.</div><div class="ewa-rteLine">- Proactive to work as part of a team/lead a team and deliver results.
