Our Public Sector Client currently seeks a Part-Time Temporary ongoing Team Secretary based in Lisburn This is an ongoing temporary positionHours of work Mon-Fri 12-4.30 Rate of pay £12.31 per hourDuties include1.Provide an efficient and effective secretarial and administrative service to Nurse Managers. 2. Minute taking in meeting's will be a large part of this role - experience in this is required 3. Word processing/producing reports.4.Act as point of contact between service users, carers, staff and external agencies to ensure a full and efficient service. 5. Make and receive telephone calls and take appropriate action. 6. Maintain records both manual and computerised in an accurate and timely manner and in accordance with local policies and procedures.Essential Criteria:<ul><li>Qualifications/Experience required: OCR Level II (Parts 1 &amp; 2) Text processing/Word processing or equivalent qualification OR a minimum of 1 years word processing experience. PLUS 4 GCSEs at Grades A-C including English Language (excluding English Literature) AND 1 years secretarial/admin experience Ability to take notes/minutes of meetings. OR Two year's admin/secretarial experience.
