Cleaner/Janitor - Larne

We are currently recruiting a Cleaner / Janitor to join our client in Larne

• 37 Hours work pattern to be confirmed
• Immediate start
• Temporary ongoing
• £12.85 per hour

Essential Criteria includes :
Minimum of six months' experience in cleaning and security in an industrial, commercial or public building setting.
Be able to read and understand basic safety instructions in the English Language and converse with the general public e.g. provide directions.

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Provide efficient and effective cleaning/janitor duties for the Larne locations as detailed, ensuring the security and general appearance of the buildings are maintained in accordance with the required standards.

To ensure standards of cleanliness are maintained in accordance with the building cleaning schedule.

To carry out a range of duties involving ceremonial duties, security, room preparation and other duties that may arise.

To monitor cleaning materials and ensure sufficient levels are in stock at all times
