Shifts and pay as a Warehouse Operative: Sunday - Saturday | 6am - 14.00 Sunday - Saturday | 14.00 - 22.00 Sunday - Saturday |22.00 - 6am 6am - 14.00 Pay rate &pound;11.44 Enhanced pay rate for the afternoon / night shifts The role is 5 days out of 7 and does include some weekend work. Warehouse Operatives - Wigan WN5

Customer Service Advisor based in Rochdale Offering &pound;12.21 per hour - paid weekly, every Friday 12 week Temp to Perm Opportunity! Full time, 37.5 hours per week The Role
<ul>
<li>Handling inbound customer calls alongside responding to incoming queries from various channels such as live chat, social media platform</li>
<li>Supporting patients and booking them into appointments - ensuring this is inline with their needs and circumstances</li>
<li>Assisting customers who have utilitsed the self-referral option and bookings them into appointments or service that adherence governance guidelines</li>
<li>Using appropriate questions to understand and determine the patients' needs, resulting in first time resolution</li>
<li>Transforming general enquiries into appointments through quality conversation</li>
<li>Entering referral information on the in-house patient administration system</li>
<li>Communicating relevant information to internal and external customers via email in a professional manner</li>
<li>Locating information from various relevant sources to be able to progress patient data</li>
<li>Maintaining appropriate records and keeping data up to date and relevant</li>
<li>Adhering to data protection act guidelines and IGSOC standards</li>
</ul>
The Person
<ul>
<li>Previous customer experience; whether it be in healthcare, retail, hospitality, leisure or contact centre and office based roles - we want someone that knows what good service is and has the passion to deliver it!</li>
<li>Previous experience or knowledge in healthcare would be a huge advantage - our client is the UK's largest specialist provider of healthcare and diagnostic solutions so that knowledge or experience in the industry only makes sense</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build a rapport and a memorable experience oozing with warmth, empathy and the genuine desire to do the best for our customers.</li>

The Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week

<li>Rota's will be provided 2 weeks in advance but you will typically work on a rolling basis.</li>
<li>Working 1 in 4 weekends - 1.5 days back in return</li>

HR Advisor

We have an exciting opportunity for Hygiene Operatives to join our client based in Whitefield. 
Shift: Wednesday - Sunday 6am-6pm 
Salary: &pound;12.56 per hour Basic &pound;15.70 per hour Overtime 
The Hygiene Operative will work as part of Hygiene Teams to ensure that all machines, bakery, equipment and the actual building meet strict standards of hygiene at all times. In addition to the cleaning duties, a Hygiene Operative will be also responsible for the accurate completion of all associated paperwork, ensuring that due diligence. 
The successful candidate will also ensure that hygiene and housekeeping practices are being carried out and good Health and Safety practices and behaviours are adopted at all times. They will participate in company initiatives on training and development of both themselves and others. 
This is what you'll actually do! 
As the Hygiene Operative you will work with the other members of the team, to ensure the performance of your area meets the hygiene plan. Therefore, you will have strong communication skills and adequate social skills. You will also have a good work ethic, reliability and commitment to the company. As the Hygiene Operative you will be responsible for monitoring hygiene standards at your designated area, removing waste correctly and weighting it where required. This role will also involve safe operation of mechanical/electrical cleaning equipment, cleaning at heights, stripping down the machinery and heavy lifting. As the Hygiene Operative you will be also responsible for completing paperwork for your area to the correct standard and carrying out CCP checks. To be successful in this role, you will have pride in your work and the ability to complete a task from start to finish.
