Blue Arrow is currently recruiting for a Permanent Deputy Housekeeping Manager in St Andrews!!

Salary: Depending on Experience
Shifts: 8am to 4:30pm (may be required to work a few late shifts for Turndowns)

Your duties as a Deputy Housekeeping Manager…

• Supervise housekeeping staff, ensuring adherence to hotel standards across rooms, public areas, and laundry.
• Lead daily briefings to assign tasks, share updates, and maintain service consistency.
• Train new hires and provided refresher sessions on cleanliness, equipment use, and guest interaction.
• Conduct inspections to ensure rooms and public areas met luxury brand standards.
• Handle guest feedback, resolving complaints and fulfilling special requests promptly.
• Coordinate with other departments to support smooth operations and timely room readiness.
• Assist with scheduling, aligning staffing with occupancy and ensuring shift coverage.
