Order Picker

The Recruitment Co are recruiting for Order Pickers for a large distribution site based in Ashton-In-Makerfield.

Candidates will be trained inhouse to use the LLOP trucks so candidates must be comfortable with this.

Duties will include Order Picking using a LLOP truck and handballing work.

The shift pattern will be as follows - you can either chose days or nights:

Days: 7am-7pm 4 days on 4 days off, 3 days on 3 days off on a continuing basis
OR
Nights: 7pm-7am 4 nights on 4 nights off. 3 nights on 3 nights off on a continuing basis
Therefore candidates must be available to work some weekend shifts.

The pay rates will be as below:

Days Monday - Friday: £12.21
Days Weekends: £14.21
Days Monday - Friday Overtime: £18.32
Days Weekends Overtime: £21.32
Nights Monday - Friday: £13.21
Nights Weekends: £15.21
Nights Monday - Friday OT: £19.82
Nights Weekends Overtime: £22.82

There is also a pick bonus scheme in place after you have completed 4 weeks training.
This ranges from £0.15 per hour to £3.75 per hour depending on your pick rates.
£0.15 per hour would be earnt by achieving 86% of your pick target, and £3.75 per hour would be earnt for achieving 110% of your pick target.
There are 25 increments for the pick bonus and this increases by £0.15 for every additional % of your pick target that you achieve.
