This role requires strong analytical thinking and problemsolving skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities at once. You’ll often need to oversee multiple workflows, respond to unexpected disruptions, and ensure contingency plans are in place. Technology also plays a key role, with Supply Chain Managers needing to use ERP systems and data analytics tools to track performance and make informed decisions.
