The Race at Work Charter
We are delighted to announce that Blue Arrow Group has joined over 1100 employers in signing up to the Race at Work Charter, an initiative designed for businesses to collectively commit to improving equal opportunities for Black, Asian, Mixed Race and ethnically diverse employees in the UK.
About the Race at Work Charter
We are pleased to announce we are now a signatory of the Business in the Community Race at Work Charter. Ethnic minorities still face significant disparities in employment and progression, and that is something we need to change. The Charter is composed of seven calls to action for leaders and organisations across all sectors. Signing the Charter means taking practical steps to ensure workplaces are tackling barriers that Black, Asian, Mixed Raced and other ethnically diverse people face in recruitment and progression and that their organisations are representative of British society today.
The 7 Pledges

- Ensure zero tolerance of harassment and bullying
- Make equality in the workplace the responsibility of all leaders and managers
- Take action that supports ethnic minority career progression
- Support race inclusion allies in the workplace
- Include Black, Asian, Mixed Race and other ethnically diverse-led enterprise owners in supply chains
