Our Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Strategy

To achieve this goal, we have implemented a range of policies, initiatives, and practices designed to promote equity, diversity, and inclusion across our organisation. Here are some of the key ways in which we are working to make Blue Arrow a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive place to work and do business.

Diversity and Inclusion Training

We provide our employees with regular training on diversity and inclusion topics, including unconscious bias, cultural competence, and inclusive communication. This training helps our employees to understand and appreciate the differences among our staff and customers and to interact with them in a respectful and inclusive manner.

Recruitment

Our approach to EDI

Our approach to EDI starts with creating a safe space for our staff to have conversations on EDI topics that people can find uncomfortable. We use this helpful illustration to give ourselves a common and shared understanding of what we mean by EDI. It illustrates what we aim to achieve within our own workplace and what we hope to confidently champion in our clients' workplaces.
