Blue Arrow have secured a 3 year contract supplying staff with Tier Mobility, Europe’s leading micro mobility company.

Tier Mobility the shared micro-mobility provider, has awarded a three-year contract to Blue Arrow, the specialist staffing agency, for the supply of staff to help nine of London’s boroughs embrace its innovative green transport solution designed to help cities reduce their dependence on cars.

With its mission to change mobility for good, Tier Mobility provides the general public with access to a range of shared, light electric vehicles, from e-scooters to e-bikes and e-mopeds. A greener and more sustainable alternative for city commuters, the company has enjoyed huge success in Germany. Nine boroughs in London will mark the beginning of Tier Mobility repeating the same success in the UK.

Managing the candidate attraction, recruitment and fulfilment for staff bookings for a skillset as diverse as required, with remote-working arrangements on temporary contracts across a geographically spread workforce, will draw on a range of Blue Arrow’s technology solutions including RecruiterBot which speeds up the hiring process and Fulfillment+ which optimises attendance and fulfilment of staff bookings.
