The responsibilities a Business Administrator are to support and engage with different parts of the organisation and interact with internal or external customers. With a focus on adding value, the role of Business Administrator contributes to the efficiency of an organisation, through support of functional areas, working across teams and resolving issues as requested. The flexibility and responsiveness required allow the apprentice to develop a wide range of skills.
The role involves demonstrating a wide range of skills including strong communication skills, showing initiative, managing priorities, problem-solving, decision-making, and proactive approach to developing implementing, maintaining and improving administrative services.
This apprenticeship will take a minimum of 12-15 months to complete and an additional 3 months to complete the End Point Assessment.

- Record and document production

- Interpersonal skills

Once the above programme of learning is complete and the learner, employer and provider agree the necessary Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours have been met, learners will be put forward to an Assessment Gateway which will trigger an End Point Assessment. Apprentices without Level 2 English and Maths will need to achieve this level prior to taking the End Point Assessment.
This assessment will be carried out with an independent body to ensure the apprentice can demonstrate they have achieved the required standards.
